Tink's Fine Art and Ivy Tech have teamed up to bring you a watercolor flowers painting class. After learning the basics, you will be set free in the garden for inspiration for your own watercolor picture! This class is offered free thanks to grant funding, however, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
